Staging Occupied Consultation.
When hiring Ana Moreen for an occupied consultation you will receive up to a 2-hour meeting in your home or virtually for $300. This will be both an informational and working staging session allowing Ana to use her intuitive ability to transform. At the end of the staging consultation, Ana will provide the homeowner with a personalized action plan to ensure the greatest value for your home. For instance, some rooms will need to be de-cluttered, rearranged, painted, or need decorative items. After the consultation, if you would like Ana to further help make sure the pictures look perfect she can come back for picture day and make sure the placement of decor and furniture is just right.
Staging Your Vacant Home.
When you have decided to hire Ana for a vacant home she first comes over for a consultation to assess the needs of the home. Then she will work with your approved budget to source items and provide you with recommended professionals for painting or other home improvements as needed. To hire Ana for vacant staging it is $150 per hour please the cost of rentals.
